Ich arbeite aufmerksam und direkt, nehme mich dabei aber nicht zu ernst. Sagt jemand „Das schaffe ich eh nicht“, antworte ich gern: „Nicht mit der Einstellung.“ Und dann schauen wir gemeinsam, welcher Weg für dich machbar ist: Ich zwinge niemanden, sondern biete Optionen an, die vorher undenkbar schienen.I work attentively and directly, without taking myself too seriously. When someone says “I’ll never manage that”, I like to reply: “Not with that attitude.” And then we look together at which path actually works for you: I don’t push anyone, I offer options that seemed unthinkable before.

Manchmal wird alles zu viel, alles hängt an dir, es ist unübersichtlich geworden. Manchmal stehst du an einem Scheideweg und brauchst eine Entscheidung. Manchmal fehlt die Richtung: Wo geht es hin, was ist eigentlich dein Auftrag?Sometimes it all gets too much, everything rests on you, and things have become tangled. Sometimes you’re at a crossroads and need a decision. Sometimes the direction is missing: where is this going, what is your actual purpose?
Ich halte einen Raum, in dem du dich zeigen kannst, ohne dich zusammenzureißen. Statt Methoden bekommst du einen ehrlichen Spiegel: direkt, ohne falsche Zurückhaltung und trotzdem mitfühlend. Wir arbeiten körperbasiert, in Bewegung, wenn es passt. Ich höre zu und stelle die Fragen, die du dir selbst nicht stellst, bis Klarheit und Orientierung entstehen. Und das darf leicht sein: Wer sich selbst nicht ganz so ernst nimmt, hat es hier leichter, oder lernt genau das.I hold a space where you can show up without pulling yourself together. Instead of methods you get an honest mirror: direct, without false restraint, and still compassionate. We work body-based, in movement when it fits. I listen and ask the questions you don’t ask yourself, until clarity and direction emerge. And it’s allowed to be light: whoever doesn’t take themselves too seriously has an easier time here, or learns exactly that.
